    Richard Berman is licensed to practice law in Hawaii since 1989.  He formerly practiced law in Colorado, where he was licensed in 1977, and in Pennsylvania where he was first licensed in 1973 after receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law.  

    Mr. Berman has sucessfully represented numerous consumer and business debtors in bankruptcy cases before the Bankruptcy courts in Colorado and Hawaii.
